Looking for a fun way to get fit without putting stress on your joints? Our Aqua Fit Group Exercise sessions are tough on fat and easy on your body!
Our Aqua Fit Classes take place every Wednesday and Thursday. Classes begin at 7:00pm or 7:45pm and are led by qualified aqua fitness instructor Will.
The pool is located at Strawberry Fields Swimming Academy in Chorley, PR7 1PS. The pool has excellent facilities and is consistently maintained at a warm 33°.
